Meet our newest physical therapist
We want to introduce our newest physical therapist (who has been with us for 6 months), Walker Perkins PT, DPT.
Walker obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University in 2020. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2015 in Kinesiology with an Emphasis in Kinesiotherapy. Walker has experience in sports rehabilitation, post-op care, general orthopedic care, spine, and wellness experience. He also has experience in training athletes in football, basketball, baseball and softball, as well as worked with veterans in several VA hospitals as a Kinesiotherapist. Walker played linebacker at Jones County Junior College in Ellisville, Mississippi.
He is certified in dry needling to help decrease pain and improve muscle function.
Walker enjoys spending time with his family, working out, playing golf, cooking and fishing. His goal is to help patient’s return to things that they do best, while also preventing future injury to all his patients.
